The PC/Mac UpointDriver does not send any user-related data to the manufacturer or to any 3rd party.

The Upoint iPhone app features Google Admob banner ads and Apple-controlled in-app purchases, and their respective Privacy Policies apply vis-a-vis user data collection.

 

When the user chooses to use the app to send an e-mail, the manufacturer collects the e-mail address, phone type, and anonymised phone ID. This data is used only to complete the in-app purchase, and is not shared with any 3rd party.
